(1) pump installation:

When the vacuum pump and retractor are installed, the device surface must be bolted through the hole at the bottom Angle. In order to avoid the welding slag entering the vacuum pump in the device, a filter net should be installed on the suction pipe in the device.

(2) device of air water separator:

The air – water separator can be directly mounted on the exhaust port of the vacuum pump and is fixed firmly with bolts. There is a pipeline connected with the pump in the air water separator, which supplies the water needed for the pump. Other working water is supplied by the water supply pipe.

In addition, it is also important to note that the inlet pipe of the vacuum pump or the retractor should be equipped with a reverse check valve so as to prevent the water in the vacuum pump or retractor from returning to the system under the pressure of the exhaust pipe when parking.
