SSR series bipolar series Roots blower is composed of two SSR series standard roots blowers in series. When the gas enters the first stage fan for boosting, the temperature of the gas is reduced to below 40 ℃ through the intercooler, and then the gas enters the second stage fan to continue boosting. The maximum pressure rise of the unit can reach 150kPa. The main engine of two-stage fan is driven by the same motor through belt or double shaft motor

Application scope and conveying medium SSR series double stage roots blower is a device composed of two roots blower in series. There are two trilobal rotors with opposite direction in the inner part of each typhoon box. Each trilobal rotor is supported by two bearings. A pair of high-precision synchronous spur gears are used to keep the relative position of the two rotors unchanged all the time. There is a certain clearance between the rotors and between the rotors and the box, so as to rotate without contact. The rotor is driven by the synchronous gear of the side box, with the help of the “meshing” of the two rotors, the inlet and outlet of the rotor are separated from each other, and the closed gas between the box and the rotor is transferred from the suction side to the outlet side. In the process of rotation, the gas in the working chamber is pushed from the inlet to the outlet without internal compression. There are small gaps between the rotor and the rotor, between the rotor and the box, between the rotor and the wallboard, so there is no friction and no contact wear parts in the working cavity.

Scope of application: widely used in environmental protection, ceramics, building materials, paper, electricity, petroleum, chemical, textile, aquaculture, sewage treatment, food and other industries of pneumatic conveying system.

Transport medium: used to transport air and various neutral gases. However, it is not suitable for conveying flammable, explosive, toxic and strong corrosive gases.
