dry scroll pump working principle:

The dry-type scroll vacuum pump is composed of two involute spiral curves, namely, a static scroll and a dynamic scroll. When the moving scroll is installed eccentrically, the static scroll and the moving scroll form a crescent shaped cavity. With the rotating of the whirlpool, the moon bud cavity continuously rotates and compresses inward, and finally discharges from the middle to the air outlet. The dynamic scroll plate operates continuously, and the gas enters from the air inlet and exits from the air outlet to form a vacuum.
