High speed direct rotary vane vacuum pump. It is a new branch product of rotary vane vacuum pump. The old rotary vane pump appeared earlier. It is a product with simple structure and wide application. However, the rotary speed of this kind of old structure is low, most of which is about 400r/min. On the basis of the original rotary vane pump made by German Thunderstorm-Hairas Company in 1965, the structure, material and technology of the pump were greatly improved. A high-speed direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump was trial-manufactured, which opened up a new way for the miniaturization and instrumentation of the rotary vane pump. By the early 70s, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland and other countries also successively had direct pump products. Since the mid-1970s, many domestic manufacturers have successively trial-manufactured different types of direct-connected pumps. At present, there are series of products with pumping speed ranging from 0.5L/s to 15L/s.

The straight rotary vane pump is driven by an electric motor to directly drive the rotor of the pump, and the rotation speed is increased to more than 1400r/min. In this way, the structure of the pump is compact, the volume is significantly reduced, the weight is reduced, the pumping performance is improved, and the vibration and noise are greatly reduced.

Type 2XZ direct-connected vacuum pump is a double-stage high-speed direct-connected rotary vane vacuum pump. This pump is the basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed vessels to obtain vacuum. It can be used alone, and can also be used as the front-stage pump and pre-pump of various high vacuum systems.

The series of pumps have the advantages of low voice, no oil return after shutdown, easy start-up, etc. The pump is equipped with gas ballast to remove the prescribed condensable vapor. The pump can not remove excessive oxygen, corrosive, explosive or toxic, as well as the gas containing granular dust, nor can it be used as compression pump, gas pump.

Working principle and construction of direct-coupled vacuum pump:

The high-speed direct-coupled rotary vane vacuum pump is a kind of volumetric pump. By means of the continuous operation of the slider in the pump cavity, the volume of the pump cavity is divided into two different areas by the slider to expand and shrink periodically, and the gas is sucked in, compressed and discharged to achieve the vacuum of the container.

The pump is made up of two chambers in series and rotates at the same speed. The gas is pumped into the pump cavity by the front stage. After compression, the gas is pumped into the pump cavity by the back stage and then compressed to discharge the pump cavity. The pump is discharged through the mist eliminator.
