How do Roots blowers distinguish high pressure and low pressure

The working principle of Roots blower is that there are three trilobal impellers on the two parallel shafts. There is always a small gap between the wheel and the hole surface of the oval case and the impellers. As the impellers rotate in opposite directions, a certain amount of gas surrounded by the box and impeller is transported from the suction side to the discharge side. Each impeller is always kept in the correct phase by the synchronous gear, so it can be high-speed, without internal lubrication, and has simple structure, stable operation and stable performance. It has been used in a wide range of fields.

Roots blower structure:

Synchronous gear: composed of gear ring and hub, easy to adjust impeller clearance.

Body: it is composed of casing and left and right wallboards. The left and right wallboards, bearing seats and sealing parts installed in the left and right wallboards can be used for each other.

Base: medium and small fans are equipped with common base, while large fans are only equipped with fan base, which is convenient for installation and debugging.

Impeller: use involute linear surface, high volume utilization.

Bearing: 3000 type double row radial spherical roller bearing is selected as the locating end near the coupling end. As the free end, 32000 single row radial short cylindrical roller bearing is selected as the free end for lubrication: the gear adopts immersion type, and the bearing adopts splash lubrication. Good lubrication effect, safe and reliable.

Transmission mode: direct coupling is the main method. If required by performance specifications, V-belt pulley can also be used to change speed. Elastic coupling is selected for coupling, which can mitigate impact and compensate a small amount of axis deviation. In addition to the motor as the driving machine, the large flow fan can also use steam turbine or other driving machine.

Rotor: composed of shaft, impeller, bearing, synchronous gear, coupling, shaft sleeve, etc.

How can roots blower distinguish between high pressure and low pressure?

1. The pressure is lower than 58.8kpa, including 58.8kpa

Under this pressure, above 9.8kpa, it is called low-pressure three blade roots blower. Low pressure three leaf roots blower is air-cooled, and low-pressure roots blower is usually single oil tank, which is different from high-pressure three leaf roots blower.

2. The pressure ranges from 58.8 to 98 kPa

It is called high-pressure roots blower. The high-pressure roots blower is a series of double oil tanks. Under this pressure, water-cooling is required to ensure that all accessories can work normally.

For water cooling, high pressure roots blower can also use air cooling at present.

3. Above 98kpa

Above 98kpa also belongs to the high-pressure roots blower series. Because of the high pressure, double-stage boost is required. There are some differences in the structure between the two-stage boost roots blower and the ordinary roots blower.
