When the vacuum pump unit is connected, pay attention to the need to use polyester insulation tape. When wrapping, make sure to hold down half of the first circle and wrap 8-12 layers. After wrapping, wrap two layers with plastic tape for strength; When the vacuum pump unit is connected, the copper core of the cable should be peeled out about 30-35mm long. The copper wire should be wiped clean and bright with sand cloth. Similarly, the copper wire of the external three core cable should be stripped 30-35mm and cleaned with abrasive cloth.

For the wiring of vacuum pump unit, the three core cable and the copper wire stripped out of the external cable will be partially butted, and then a thin copper wire will be used to tie up, and the remaining part will be cut off and leveled with scissors to avoid hand binding; When this connection is made, the three wire ends of the vacuum pump should be soldered firmly with soldering tin respectively. The surface of the welding head should be lubricated without burr and false welding. If it is not firmly welded or lubricated, the vacuum pump should be re welded until the request is met.

For the wiring of vacuum pump unit, it is necessary to wrap three wires together with two layers of plastic tape. The first layer is more than 50 mm beyond the end of insulation layer of each conductor, and the second layer is 50 mm beyond the end of the first layer; After bandaging, take a basin of cold water to soak the wrapped thread in water safely. After 12 hours, measure the insulation with a 500V megohmmeter, which should not be less than 50 megohm. Otherwise, it should be re wrapped until the request is met.

The grounding wire of the vacuum pump unit must also be wrapped up according to the requirements of the submersible cable wiring process; after the vacuum pump unit is connected, the insulation resistance should be measured from time to time while going down the well, so as to prevent the cable insulation from hanging on the well wall. If it is found that the insulation level drops rapidly below 0.5 megohm, the unit must be lifted up to detect the cause.
