This transformation is to install an efficient roots liquid ring vacuum pump in parallel on the vacuum pump pipe of the original liquid ring roots vacuum unit, without changing the equipment and functions of the original vacuum pump system, to ensure the safety, reliability and economy of the system.

1) when starting the device, the original vacuum equipment is put into operation in the original action mode, and the vacuum is quickly established.

2) when the unit runs normally and the vacuum is stable, the high-efficiency vacuum pump group is put into operation, and the original vacuum suction equipment is cut off in standby. At this time, the steam and non-condensing gas enter the liquid ring roots vacuum unit. After pressurization, the cooler condenses it into the lower liquid ring vacuum pump. With the increase of inlet pressure, the liquid ring vacuum pump can run efficiently and stably.

3) when the vacuum system of the unit leaks seriously, the liquid ring roots vacuum unit cannot maintain the vacuum of the condenser, so a group of original vacuum cleaning equipment is put into operation to meet the vacuum requirements.

4) in case of maintenance or equipment failure of the liquid ring roots vacuum unit, the original vacuum cleaning equipment shall be put into operation to ensure vacuum requirements. Currently, two vacuum pumps are one-to-one and disposable. After the transformation, the main machine adopts the high-efficiency vacuum pump setting to maintain the vacuum, so as to realize one operation and two stand-by devices. There is a reliable interlocking control system between the devices. After modification, the power consumption of vacuum system of this unit is significantly reduced and the safety and reliability are greatly improved.
