Liquid ring vacuum pump maintenance:

1. Check the operation and lubrication of the bearing frequently.

The normal working bearing is 15 ℃ – 20 ℃ higher than the surrounding temperature, and the maximum temperature is not allowed to exceed 55 ℃ – 60 ℃: the normal working bearing shall be filled with oil 3-4 times a year. Clean the bearing at least once a year and replace the lubricating oil traction part.
3. If the packing is sealed, the packing shall be pressed regularly. If the packing cannot guarantee the required sealing performance due to wear, the new packing shall be replaced. The packing must not be pressed too tight. The normally compacted packing allows water to drip out to ensure cooling and enhance sealing.

Disassembly and assembly
Disassemble:
The disassembly of the pump is divided into partial disassembly and inspection, complete disassembly, repair and replacement of parts. Before disassembly, the water in the pump chamber shall be drained, and the air inlet and exhaust shall be removed. During disassembly, all pads shall be carefully removed. In case of damage, new pads of the same thickness shall be abstracted during assembly. The pump shall be disassembled from the rear end (one end without coupling) in the following order:

The liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor system is composed of vacuum pump press, coupling motor, air-water separator and bamboo road.
The working process of vacuum pump, vacuum compressor and gas water separator is as follows: the gas enters the vacuum pump or compressor through the valve through the pipeline, then discharges into the gas water separator through the air guide pipe, and discharges through the air water separator exhaust pipe. When used as a compressor, the gas water mixture discharged by the vacuum compressor is in the water separator. The gas is delivered to the system to be pressurized through Langmen, while the water is left in the gas-water separator. In order to maintain a certain water level of the gas water separator, an automatic overflow switch is installed. When pumping gas, the pressure at the suction port is lower than the atmospheric pressure, while the pressure at the exhaust port is equal to the atmospheric pressure, and there is only overflow pipe in the gas water separator: when pressing gas, the suction port is under the atmospheric pressure (or vacuum state), and the pressure at the exhaust port is under the atmospheric pressure. In order to ensure the delivery gas pressure, the water level of the gas water separator is controlled by the overflow switch.
