The single screw is a new type of pump, which is working on the principle of rotary motion, and the main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator).
Because of the special geometry, the two parts respectively form a single seal cavity, medium by axial uniform flow, the internal flow velocity is low, volume is kept constant, the pressure is stable, so that it can’t be produce eddy current and agitation. Every level of the pump output pressure is 0.6 MPa, head of 60 m (water), self-priming height is in commonly 6 m, suitable for medium temperature below 80 ℃ (special requirements of up to 150 ℃).
Screw pump because of the stator of a variety of elastic material, so this kind of pump for high viscosity fluid conveying and containing hard suspended particles of medium or medium containing fiber conveyor, have a general pump of the characteristics of the incompetent. The flow rate is proportional to the speed. The transmission can be driven by the coupling, or the speed control motor, v-belt, gearbox, etc. This kind of pump has small parts, compact structure, small size and simple maintenance, and the rotor and stator are the vulnerable parts of the pump, which is simple in structure and easy to assemble and dismantle.
Widely used in food, metallurgy, paper making, printing and dyeing, chemical, pharmaceutical industries use fertilizers. Transmission coupling can be used directly, or use high speed motor, v-belts, transmission device speed, etc.
