The oil less rotary vane type vacuum pump oil shall generally meet the requirements of sh0528-92 standard. oil less rotary vane type vacuum pump oil with ISO ~ vg100 viscosity grade at ambient temperature of 10 ℃ ~ 40 ℃. When the ambient temperature is 0 ℃ ~ 10 ℃, the vacuum pump oil of ISO ~ vg32 viscosity grade is used. When the vacuum pump is running, the oil level must be 1 / 2-4 / 5 of the oil window height. Oil level and oil contamination should be checked frequently (once a week is recommended). If the oil level is too low, stop the Oil Less Rotary Vane Type Vacuum Pump and add appropriate vacuum pump oil to 4 / 5 of the oil window height. If the oil is contaminated, the oil will turn black, emulsified and thickened, and the oil should be changed in time.
Time for changing vacuum pump oil and oil filter

2. Screw on the drain plug and run for 5 ~ 10 seconds.
3. Drain the oil completely.
4. Fill cleaning oil (No. 32 ordinary machine oil) to 3 / 4 of oil window height.
5. Run the oil less rotary vane type vacuum pump for 5-10 minutes.
6. Stop the pump and drain the oil. If the oil can not meet the requirements, repeat steps 4 and 5.
7. Screw on the drain plug and run for 5 ~ 10 notes.
8. Drain the oil completely.
9. Fill in the specified new oil less rotary vane type vacuum pump oil.
Replace exhaust filter
If the pump temperature rises significantly, the motor current reaches or exceeds the rated current, and there is oil smoke at the pump exhaust port, check whether the exhaust filter is blocked. If it is blocked, it should be replaced in time. The exhaust pressure gauge can be installed at the oil filling hole of the pump to check whether the filter is blocked. Replace the exhaust filter when the pressure exceeds 0.6 bar (gauge pressure).
Clean the suction filter screen
The suction screen should be kept clean to avoid the drop of pumping speed.
Storage method
If the pump is not used for a long time, the oil should be drained and cleaned, and then injected with new oil, placed in a dry place.
