Option 1 Complete recondition
1. The machine housing and cover can accommodate super-large rotors.
2. Repair gearbox, including powder coating.
3. Replace all other parts, including rotors, shafts, bearings, bearing cages, gears, anti-loosening nuts/rotor nuts, seals and elastomers.
4. Performance test before leaving factory.
5. One-year warranty.
6. The marked price is 70% of the new pump price.
7. Possible adders: We will notify you if it is not possible to repair the housing, cover, gear box or sealing gasket, or if the pump needs a lot of cleaning.
Option 2 Fluid end only recondition
1. Return the whole gear box/pump assembly to us.
2. The machine housing and cover can accommodate super-large rotors.
3. Replacement of rotor, anti-loosening nut/rotor nut, seals and elastomers.
4. Refill the pump.
5. Performance test before leaving factory.
6. There is no gear box except refilled gasket.
7. There is no new warranty except replacement parts.
8. The marked price is 50% of the new pump price.
9. Possible adders: We will notify you if it is not possible to repair the case, cover, gear box or ring, or if the pump needs a lot of cleaning.
Option 3 Inspect and repair
1. The customer will send the complete pump to us for inspection.
2. Nominal inspection fee
3. We will dismantle the pump and prepare the report of recommended maintenance.
4. We will issue invoices for approved parts and manufactures.
5. Performance test before leaving factory.
6. There is no new warranty except replacement parts.
7. If a complete renovation project is purchased, the nominal inspection fee will be exempted.
