Roots blower features:

Roots Blower Structure:

Rotor: It consists of shaft, impeller, bearing, synchronous gear, coupling, sleeve, etc.
Impeller: Involute profile is selected, and the volume utilization ratio is high.
Bearing: 3000 type double row centripetal spherical roller bearing is selected as the positioning end of the near coupling. 32000 single-row centripetal short cylindrical roller bearings are selected as free ends to adapt to the axial displacement of the rotor during hot heave expansion.
Synchronization gear: It is composed of gear ring and hub, which is convenient to adjust the clearance of impeller.
Body: It is composed of shell and left and right wallboard. Left and right wall panels, bearing seats and sealing parts installed in left and right wall panels can be used for each other.
Base: Small and medium-sized blowers are equipped with a common base. Large blowers are only equipped with a blower base, which is convenient for installation and commissioning.
Lubrication: Gears are submerged and bearings are spatter lubricated. Good lubrication effect, safe and reliable.
Driving mode: direct coupling is the main driving mode. If the performance specifications require, triangular pulley can also be used for speed change. Elastic coupling is selected for coupling, which can mitigate impact and compensate a small amount of axis deviation. In addition to motor as driving machine, large flow blower can also use steam turbine or other driving machine.
