Running process of liquid ring vacuum pump

Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump were originally used as self-priming pumps. It is composed of impeller, pump body, suction and exhaust disc, water ring, suction port, exhaust port and auxiliary exhaust valve formed by water in the pump body wall.

Because the gas compression in  liquid ring vacuum pump is isothermal, it can take out inflammable and explosive gas, and also can take out the gas containing dust and water. Therefore, the application of  liquid ring vacuum pump is increasing day by day.

1.Operation process of water ring vacuum pump:

1. Prepare before opening  liquid ring vacuum pump

(1) check. Carefully check the connection between the parts.

(2) to open. Open the water inlet valve of the water tank and fill the water tank to the specified water level; Open the suction valve and discharge valve of the vacuum pump.

(3) closed. Close the vacuum whose inlet valve and drain valve.

2. Open  liquid ring vacuum pump:

When everything is ready, the pump can be started. When the vacuum tank reaches a certain vacuum degree, the pump valve can be opened and the centrifugal pump can be pumped. The operation of the vacuum pump is the same as that of the centrifugal pump when the bottom oil is removed from the tank truck.

3. Maintenance during operation of vacuum pump:

During the operation of the pump, the staff should strictly observe the position, concentrate their energy, observe carefully, and achieve:

(1) listen and listen to whether the pump and motor are working normally.

(2) see whether the vacuum degree, the height of the liquid level of the vacuum tank, the circulating water in the tank and the bearing lubrication are normal.

(3) touch, and touch whether the bearing and motor temperature are normal by hand.

4. Stop the vacuum pump:

(1) first close the suction valve, then open the air inlet valve of the vacuum tank, and finally stop the pump.

(2) air vacuum valve. Close the valve.
