The harm of scale produced by screw vacuum pump:
Because the working medium of screw vacuum pump (i.e. supplementary liquid) is mainly to directly use tap water or paper white water. Because of the high hardness of tap water and the complexity of metal ions in white water, scales will be formed after long-term physical and chemical processes when the internal fluid components of vacuum pump work in this medium. The scale produced will affect the normal operation of screw vacuum pump. After scaling, the pumping rate of screw vacuum pump will decrease. Because there are scales between impeller blades and on the intake and exhaust windows, the volume of the sealed chamber is obviously reduced, and the volume of the intake and exhaust gases is naturally reduced. When the fouling almost fills the space between the blades or the intake and exhaust windows are almost filled with fouling, the intake and exhaust volume is almost zero, and the vacuum pump loses the function of extracting vacuum.

Check the wear condition of the sleeve regularly, and replace it in time after the wear is serious.
Start the motor. When the screw vacuum pump is in normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the import vacuum pump, and see that it shows the appropriate pressure.
Open the gate valve and check the motor load at the same time.
To stop the screw vacuum pump, first close the gate valve and pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
