1. Vacuum filtration dehydration

Its characteristics are continuous operation, stable operation, large processing capacity, automatic operation, solid content of treated mud cake can meet the dehydration requirements. 2. Vacuum crystallizer

It can remove bubbles from sludge flocs discharged from digestion tanks and greatly improve sludge sedimentation performance.

1. Selection of Speed of Vacuum Pump

The flow rate of vacuum pump has a linear relationship with the rotational speed. Compared with the low-speed vacuum pump, the high-speed vacuum pump can increase the flow rate and head, but the power increases obviously. The high-speed accelerates the wear between the rotor and the stator, which will inevitably lead to premature failure of the vacuum pump. Moreover, the length of the stator and rotor of the high-speed vacuum pump is very short and easy to wear, thus shortening the service life of the vacuum pump.

2. Ensure that impurities do not enter the pump body

Solid debris mixed in wet sludge will damage the rubber stator of vacuum pump, so it is very important to ensure that debris does not enter the pump chamber. Many sewage plants install crushers before the pump, and some install grille devices or filters to prevent debris from entering the vacuum pump, so the grille should be removed in time to avoid blockage.
