Special gases generally refer to biogas or anti-corrosion gases. Roots blower is not used for natural gas transmission. Roots blower belongs to pressurized blower. The pressurization of natural gas is easy to cause explosion. MVR steam compressor is usually used for water vapor transportation. The material is 2205 bidirectional stainless steel. There are three most important changes to Roots blower when conveying special gas.
1. The outlet of the fan is connected with the chassis through the pipeline. The purpose of this is to prevent the outlet pressure from being too high, leading to gas leakage. Through the reflux pipeline, gas leakage can be effectively controlled.
2. Seal disposal, unless special requirements of customers, will choose mechanical seals, will generally choose labyrinth seals, with ordinary butadiene-clear rubber and skeleton oil seals are different, the purpose is also to prevent gas leakage.
3. The overflow material is anticorrosive coating, usually with nickel plating and Teflon coating.
When conveying special gas, Roots blower should choose explosion-proof motor as far as possible, and conveying pipeline should ensure safety.

The pressure of the methane booster fan is generally not too high, and the best pressure is less than 20 kPa. High pressure produces high temperature, which leads to the danger of biogas.
