The extraction of excrement or sludge turbid water from fecal ponds or sewers in cities is to use fecal pumps or sewage pumps to pump fecal or sludge turbid water into the fecal tanks or sludge tanks. When installing the enabling pump, the following aspects should be noted:
(1) add a set of output shaft and the direct connection of the pump to the right reserved hole of the transmission of the car as the source of power.
(2) after installation, the driving shaft on the pump must be coaxial with the output shaft on the transmission side.
(3) the air inlet of the pump is connected with a daily high pressure rubber hose at the top of the sludge tank. The exhaust port of the pump is appropriately equipped with a muffler according to the situation to reduce noise.
(4) a set of buoy switch should be installed at the opening of the top of the sludge tank to prevent sludge or feces from entering the pump. All the opening of the sludge tank should be connected with a high-pressure rubber hose of different lengths to insert into the sludge or fecal pool.
(5) it takes about 30min to drain sludge with a volume of 4m3 with different dilution degree.
(6) the use of roots pump reduces heavy physical labor, improves working conditions, and plays a beneficial role in protecting environmental health and enhancing people’s physical health.
