1、 Reducing water consumption of vacuum pump industry

When the working water temperature of the vacuum pump is high in summer, the cooling water of the vacuum pump cooler is switched from circulating water to industrial water. After the high temperature in summer, the cooling water of the cooler is switched to circulating water in time according to the temperature of the circulating water and the allowable operating temperature of the working water of the vacuum pump (generally, the temperature of the circulating water should be lower than 33 ℃, and the temperature of the working water of the vacuum pump is below 46 ℃ when the circulating water is used as the cooling medium) 。 In addition, the cooling water of standby vacuum pump does not use industrial water for cooling, and only switches the cooling water in time when the standby pump is running. The goal of saving industrial water consumption and reducing water consumption of vacuum pump is realized by the above method.

2、 Reduce the power consumption of vacuum pump

When the vacuum pump is running and the air ejector is put into operation at the same time, since the air from the steam water separator is used as the power medium of the air ejector, no auxiliary power equipment is needed, but the power of the vacuum pump needs to be increased to realize the jet power of the air ejector, which is equivalent to increasing the load of the vacuum pump, so the power of the vacuum pump rises. According to the operation observation of vacuum pump, when the unit vacuum is 13kpa, the vacuum pump bypass solenoid valve is closed, and the vacuum pump current is 86A. When the unit vacuum is 6kpa, the vacuum pump bypass solenoid valve is opened, and the vacuum pump current is 112a. Although the power consumption of vacuum pump is increased by using the air ejector, it is still worth considering the overall economy achieved by the reduction of unit vacuum and the increase of unit efficiency.

It should be noted that when the atmospheric ejector is put into operation, the pressure of the condenser should not be too low. If the steam turbine is operated in a high vacuum for a long time, it is not conducive to the economy and safety. The unit shall be kept in the best vacuum, that is, the vacuum value when the difference between the power of the steam turbine increased by vacuum and the auxiliary power consumed by the circulating water pump reaches the maximum.

In order to continue to tap the energy-saving potential of the equipment, when the unit of thermal power company is under heavy load in winter, the extraction capacity of single unit production can reach 120t / h, the heating capacity can reach 920gj / h, and the minimum value of the large butterfly valve of the unit’s low-pressure cylinder is closed to 15%. At this time, the amount of steam entering the low-pressure cylinder is about 90t / h (calculated based on the condensate flow), and the effect of high vacuum of the unit on improving the unit power is not obvious, The vacuum pump is suggested to keep the vacuum of the unit at 8KPa by closing the outlet valve of the circulating water under this condition, so as to close the bypass solenoid valve of the vacuum pump, calculate the impact of the power consumption of the vacuum pump and the circulating water pump on the operation economy of the unit, determine the reasonable operation mode of the equipment through the thermal test, so as to improve the operation economy of the unit and achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
