How many connection modes are there for vacuum pumps?
The newly purchased vacuum pump unit only leads out the cable before using, and needs to connect the cable by itself when installing. However, when connecting the cable, we must pay attention to the correct method, otherwise it will have a great impact on the use of the vacuum pump unit. In connection with vacuum pump unit, we should pay attention to the need to use polyester insulating tape to wrap half of the first ring, wrap 8-12 layers, wrap them up, then use plastic tape to wrap two layers for strength; about the vacuum pump unit in connection, it should be in its cable copper core stripped out about 30-35 mm long, with sand. The cloth wipes the copper wire clean and shines properly. Similarly, strip the copper wire of the three-core cable from 30 to 35 mm and wipe it with a sandcloth.

The connection of the vacuum pump unit will insert the three-core cable into the copper wire stripped from the external cable, then tie it tightly with a thin copper wire according to the graphic pattern, cut off the remaining part, press the scissors flat to prevent the tie-up; when wiring, the vacuum pump three wires should be soldered with solder solder respectively, requiring the surface of the solder joint. Smooth, no burr and false welding phenomenon, if there is no soldering or non-smooth, vacuum pump should be re-welded until the requirements are met.
The wiring of the vacuum pump unit must be wrapped with plastic tape and wrapped in two layers. The first layer exceeds 50 mm at the end of each conductor insulation layer, and the second layer exceeds 50 mm at the end of the first layer. After wrapping, a basin of cold water should be taken to immerse the wrapped conductor safely in water. After 12 hours, it must be measured by 500V megohmeter. The margin should not be less than 50 megaoh, otherwise it should be re-bandaged until the requirements are met.
The grounding wire of the vacuum pump unit must also be wrapped according to the requirements of submersible cable wiring technology; after the connection of the vacuum pump unit, the insulation resistance should be continuously measured and observed to prevent the insulation skin of the cable from being broken on the wall of the well, and the unit must be lifted up if the insulation level drops sharply below 0.5 megaoh.
