The upstream process involves pumping and compressing several Wells and collecting the gas into a branch pipe or storage tank. This is usually done by a vacuum pump and/or a low pressure compressor, which pushes the gas into a high pressure line compressor, usually a reciprocating compressor, and into the gas handling equipment.
Applicable products:
The 2BV water ring vacuum pump is suitable for the extraction of gas and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33mbar(97% vacuum degree). When transformer oil is used as working fluid (called oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar(99.3% vacuum degree), which can replace reciprocating vacuum pump. When the liquid ring vacuum pump works for a long time under the suction pressure close to vacuum, the cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump and eliminate cavitation sound. When used as a compressor, the pressure is up to 0.26mpa. When used as a compressor, the 2BV pump power will increase with the increase of exhaust pressure. Please note the exhaust pressure to select the appropriate motor power when ordering.
2BV2 and 2BV6 series water ring vacuum pump/compressor are mainly used to remove explosive gas and work in various flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters are the same as the corresponding models of 2BV2 and 2BV5 series.
