Vacuum pump for laboratory vacuum disinfection and vacuum environment

The vacuum pump can be used in the suction device of medical instruments, vacuum packaging, vacuum blistering, physical and chemical experiments, vacuum disinfection (hospitals, clinics, laboratories) and small devices requiring vacuum environment.

Low vacuum degree of vacuum pump is a kind of “disease”. If you want to cure the problem, you should first understand the root cause:

1. Air leakage of vacuum pump itself:
1) The sealing ring is leaking. Check the sealing condition of all sealing parts and replace the damaged sealing ring,
2) The gasket of the valve is damaged or not tightened. Replace the gasket and tighten the valve;
3) The exhaust valve plate is damaged and the seal is not good. Change the valve plate;
4) When the diaphragm is pressed into the vacuum pump, the interference is too large, resulting in the deformation of the vacuum pump cavity and air leakage. The vacuum pump cavity shall be repaired or replaced,
5) Air leakage is caused by poor oil seal on the end face of vacuum pump. Remove the end cover, check whether there are sundries or unevenness, and clean or repair.

2. There is a problem with the vacuum pump oil,
1) The oil level is too low. Add enough oil to the center line of oil mark,
2) The oil is contaminated and the quality of the oil is bad. Replace with new oil,
3) The brand of oil does not match. The vacuum pump oil of specified brand shall be replaced,
4) The oil circuit is blocked, and the proper oil volume is not maintained in the vacuum pump cavity. Check the oil inlet of the oil circuit and the oil valve to keep the oil circuit unblocked.

3. The filter screen at the air inlet is blocked. The filter screen shall be removed and cleaned, and then installed,

4. The spring of the rotor is deformed or broken, and the action of the spinner is not effective. The spring shall be repaired or replaced to make the accumulated rotor blades fit well,

5. The temperature of vacuum pump is too high,
1) The temperature of the extracted gas is too high. The gas should be allowed to cool before entering the vacuum pump,
2) Suction of hard material causes wear of vacuum pump body. The vacuum pump shall be disassembled to remove the hard objects, and the scratched parts shall be repaired or replaced,
3) The cooling water flow of vacuum pump is insufficient. The cooling water flow should be increased,
4) Improper assembly will cause displacement of rotor axis and single side wear. It should be disassembled for inspection and reassembled.

6. The fit clearance is too large due to poor processing or wear. The fit clearance between vacuum pump cavity, rotor, spinner and end cover plate shall be checked, and the specified accuracy requirements shall be put in for repair or replacement.

7. The temperature rise is too high during the operation of vacuum pump, which makes the vacuum pump oil thin and poor sealing performance. Cooling water or electric fan shall be used for cooling. Meanwhile, the fitting clearance of relevant parts shall be checked and repaired or replaced according to the specified accuracy requirements.

Vacuum degree of vacuum pump adjustment:

Many micro vacuum pumps have no function of adjusting vacuum degree, only by adding valves. For example, string a precision pressure relief valve at the pumping end of the pump. When the vacuum is high, open the valve and the vacuum will be reduced. This kind of fine pressure relief valve also has directional discharge of toxic gases, etc., to the channel of designated containers, which is a function many valves do not have. Intelligent vacuum pump can be used. There are buttons on the pump, negative pressure can be set, and the LCD panel displays negative pressure. In addition, there is a knob, which can adjust the flow of large and small. This kind of intelligent vacuum pump is also called alternating current vacuum pump and digital vacuum pump.
