Vacuum pump for mobile refrigerant recovery machine, is a portable large capacity air conditioning refrigerant recovery equipment, suitable for gas and liquid refrigerant (refrigerant) recovery.

Recovery machine vacuum pump operating procedures

1. If the equipment is used for the first time or there is air inside the equipment, it shall be vacuumized
1) connect the yellow tube of the pressure gauge group (user-provided) to the outlet of the machine and open the outlet hand valve;
2) connect one end of the hose equipped with this machine (with a crown spring) to the interface on the upper part of the yellow pipe of the pressure gauge set, and connect the other end to the vacuum pump (provided by the user);
3) close the high and low pressure valves of the pressure gauge group;
4) start the vacuum pump and run it for 2-3 minutes; Close the outlet hand valve, close the vacuum pump, unscrew the hose from the outlet end, screw it on the inlet, open the inlet hand valve, start the vacuum pump and close the inlet hand valve and vacuum pump for about 2 ~ 3 minutes, remove the hose connecting the vacuum pump and pressure gauge group.

Recovery machine vacuum pump gas recovery

1) connect the air conditioner outlet and the inlet of the recovery machine with a hose (blue pipe); Connect the outlet of the recovery machine with the gas port of the refrigerant tank with the hose (red pipe);
2) connect one end of the power cord to the 220v power socket with grounding wire, and the other end to the socket on the back of the machine, and the fan will start to operate;
3) open the air conditioner outlet and refrigerant tank inlet hand valves and the inlet and outlet hand valves on the operation panel of the recovery machine;
4) press the recovery switch in the middle of the operation panel to start the recovery;
5) when the low voltage table shows the recovery value reached, the recovery ends;
6) close the recovery switch and operate the high and low pressure inlet and outlet valves on the panel;
7) remove hose.

Note:
1) before recycling, loosen the connection of the hose slightly, let off the air in the pipe, and then tighten it.
2) in the process of recycling, the refrigerant tank should not be filled. When 80% of the capacity of the refrigerant tank is reached, the recycling should be stopped and another empty refrigerant tank should be replaced. The recycling operation should be continued.
