Liquid ring vacuum pump structure and working principle

The impeller, the only rotating part of 2BEA, makes the working fluid form a liquid ring in the elliptical pump body through rotation. At this time, the working fluid plays three roles of sealing medium, compression medium and cooling medium, without wear and lubrication.

The main features of 2BEA series liquid ring vacuum pump produced by our company are as follows:

All bearings are imported SKF or fag bearings, which ensure the accurate positioning of 2BEA series vacuum pump impeller and high stability during operation.
The pump body is made of steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BEA series vacuum pump.
The sleeve of 2BEA liquid ring vacuum pump, as the most easily damaged part, is made of high chromium stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than the common material.
The unique top mounted gas water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are made of resin sand with good surface quality. There is no need to grease the surface of the casting, so that the heat dissipation effect of 2BEA series vacuum pump is the best.

Note: the above selected motor power can work under most working conditions. If the pressure at the exhaust port is high (0.02 ~ 0.05Mpa), the motor power shall be increased accordingly; if the shaft power of 2BEA liquid ring vacuum pump is small in normal operation, the motor power close to the shaft power can also be selected, which is more energy-saving.

Note: the water temperature of the liquid ring vacuum pump has a great influence on its performance, and the performance curves of the liquid ring vacuum pump are all measured under the water temperature of 15 ℃. Therefore, the pumping rate of the liquid ring vacuum pump should be corrected when the liquid ring vacuum pump is actually selected.
