Application and characteristics: 2BEC series liquid ring vacuum pump is developed by our company in combination with the advanced technology of German imported products. The product is not only efficient and energy-saving, but also very suitable for long-term and continuous operation.

The working conditions of the liquid ring vacuum pump are often very severe when it is operated in the rough vacuum. The design of 2BEC series liquid ring vacuum pump has fully considered that it must be able to pump out all kinds of gases. It is widely used in papermaking, coal mine, power plant, vacuum filtration, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, food processing and other industries.

2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump can be used with a variety of driving devices, such as belt drive, gearbox, synchronous motor, frequency converter, etc. In addition, in order to save space, a series operation mode driven by one motor can be adopted, and at most four vacuum pumps can be operated in series at the same time.

When equipped with intermediate diaphragm, the left and right parts of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump can operate under different vacuum degrees. As long as the suction pressure difference between the two parts is less than 80kPa, a 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump can be used as two independent vacuum pumps, which further improves the operation flexibility of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump.

2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump and compressor structural features:

There are large inspection ports on both sides of the pump cover, through which the clearance, corrosion and scale can be checked.

The suction and exhaust flanges at the top and side of the 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump are reserved at the same time during manufacturing, and they have the same caliber, so the field installation is more flexible and convenient. The bearings are all imported bearings, which ensure the accurate positioning of the impeller of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump and the high stability during operation.

The impeller is made of nodular cast iron or welded with steel plate and stainless steel plate, which fully guarantees the stability of 2BEC vacuum pump impeller under various adverse conditions, and greatly improves the service life of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump.

The pump body is made of steel plate or stainless steel plate, which improves the service life of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump. As the most easily damaged part, the sleeve of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump is made of stainless steel, which is 5 times longer than the ordinary material. The belt pulley (belt drive) adopts the standard high-precision cone sleeve belt pulley, which is reliable in operation, long in service life and easy to disassemble.

The unique top mounted gas water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise. All castings are made of resin sand with good surface quality. No greasing is needed on the surface of the casting, so that the heat dissipation effect of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump is the best. All mechanical seals (options) are imported parts to fully ensure that 2BEC series liquid ring vacuum pump has no leakage during long-term operation.

Note: 1. The motor voltage is determined according to the motor power and the user’s power consumption.

2. The speed of the above vacuum pump is the reference speed, and the actual speed is determined according to the transmission mode and customer requirements.

3. 2BEC 400 / 420 belt drive optional speed: 327 / 349 / 393 / 446 / 475 / 498 / 527rpm.

4. Belt drive is not recommended for vacuum pumps above 2BEC 500.

5. The transmission installation size of reducer shall be determined after the speed and reducer manufacturer are determined.

6. The pumping rate listed in the above table is the maximum pumping rate of the pump. The actual pumping rate varies with the suction pressure. Please refer to the “performance curve” for selection.

7. Note: the water temperature of 2BEC liquid ring vacuum pump has a great influence on its performance, and the performance curves of the liquid ring vacuum pump are all measured under the water temperature of 15 ℃, so the pumping rate of the liquid ring vacuum pump should be corrected when the liquid ring vacuum pump is actually selected.
