In filtration, CL vacuum pump is used to pump filter liquid storage tank, constant and non pulsating vacuum degree makes filter cake even and flat, and small compressor can be used to purge filter cake
Vacuum drying can remove solvent vapor from solid. CL vacuum pump is used to make solvent vapor contact with cold liquid solvent. The pump itself can be used as part of the condenser. The uncondensed steam can be separated mechanically and the recovered solvent can be stored and reused.

The foot valve can be replaced by the vacuum water diversion system, which connects the starting system with the centrifugal pump. The water diversion valve is a floating ball valve. When the liquid level rises, the valve will automatically close. A vent port is set at the highest point of all the centrifugal pump inlets and the pump body. The water diversion valve has three connections with the pump.
