filter
In filtration, CL vacuum pump is used to pump filter liquid storage tank, constant and non pulsating vacuum degree makes filter cake even and flat, and small compressor can be used to purge filter cake
Solvent recovery
Vacuum drying can remove solvent vapor from solid. CL vacuum pump is used to make solvent vapor contact with cold liquid solvent. The pump itself can be used as part of the condenser. The uncondensed steam can be separated mechanically and the recovered solvent can be stored and reused.
dehumidification
The textile fabric coming out of the washing pool is wet, and through the slotted pipe, CL vacuum pump draws out the moisture and a large amount of air from the extractor, which keeps the continuous vacuum of the system. Any textile fiber brought into the mixture will not cause problems. It can be removed with the regular cleaning of the separator.
Condenser vacuum
The maintenance of vacuum degree is related to the amount of non condensable gas extracted. In high vacuum, CL vacuum pump is often used in series with air jet pump. In low vacuum, the injector automatically acts as bypass, CL vacuum pump directly draws gas from condenser. Compared with steam jet system, startup and maintenance can be switched automatically, while steam jet system needs manual operation.
Diversion
When the height of the centrifugal pump is higher than its liquid inlet, the pump can be started only when it is filled with liquid. The foot valve can be replaced by the vacuum water diversion system, which connects the starting system with the centrifugal pump. The water diversion valve is a floating ball valve. When the liquid level rises, the valve will automatically close. A vent port is set at the highest point of all the centrifugal pump inlets and the pump body. The water diversion valve has three connections with the pump.
