Screw vacuum pump products include oil-free screw vacuum pump and oil injection screw vacuum pump products. Compared with the two products, the limit vacuum of the oil injection screw vacuum pump is not as good as that of the oil-free screw vacuum pump. However, due to the different rotor profile and sealing mode, it is easier to realize high-power and high-speed pumping.
The on-line injection screw vacuum pump is used in the vehicle oxygen sensor production line of the enterprise. The rated motor power is 37KW, the pumping rate is over 1800 m3 / h, and the limit vacuum is about 100 PA. Two 30kW water ring vacuum pumps are used in the replaced old production line.
In the actual test operation, a single oil injection screw vacuum pump product can meet the vacuum demand of the production line, all aspects meet the user’s expectations, and there is no additional water cooling equipment, not affected by seasonal temperature and other factors, maintenance and management is convenient. Therefore, separated from the abstract and boring data, from the actual results, the operating efficiency and effect of the oil injection screw vacuum pump are better than the original water ring vacuum system.
