The new water ring vacuum pump and compressor are the high efficiency and energy saving products developed by our company with the advanced technology imported from Germany.
This series of pumps are of single stage and single action structure with the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation and high efficiency and energy saving. Compared with the SK, 2SK and SZ series water ring vacuum pumps that are widely used in China, they have the obvious advantages of high vacuum degree, low power consumption and reliable operation, with the working efficiency up to 60%-70%, and that of SK, 2SK and SZ series up to 30-40%.
The main structure features of the water-ring vacuum pump and compressor produced by our company are as follows:
SKF or FAG original imported bearings are used for all bearings, which ensures the accurate positioning of the vacuum pump impeller and high stability during operation.
The material of the impeller is all made of ductile iron or welded steel plate, which fully ensures the stability of the vacuum pump impeller under various adverse working conditions and greatly improves the service life of the vacuum pump.
The pump body is made of steel plate, which improves the service life of the vacuum pump.
The shaft sleeve of the vacuum pump is the most easily damaged part, which is made of high chromium stainless steel.
Belt pulley (belt drive) standard high-precision cone pulley, reliable operation, long life of the belt, easy to disassemble.
The coupling (direct coupling drive) adopts the standard high strength elastic coupling, the elastic element is made of polyurethane material, the operation is stable and reliable, the service life is long
Unique upper – mounted air – water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
All castings are made of resin sand with good surface quality. The surface of the casting need not be greasy, so that the best heat dissipation effect of the vacuum pump.
Mechanical seal (optional parts) all imported parts, fully ensure the vacuum pump in the long run without leakage.

Note: the motor power selected above can work under most working conditions. If the exhaust pressure is high (0.02-0.05mpa), the motor power should be increased accordingly. If the vacuum pump works normally when the shaft power is small, can also choose close to the shaft power of the motor power, so more energy saving.
Note: affected by the water temperature on the performance of water ring vacuum pumps, and water ring vacuum pump performance curves are obtained under the condition of the water temperature of 15 ℃, so in the actual selection of water ring vacuum pump when dealing with extraction rate of water ring vacuum pump.
