Application of supporting compressors in paper industry
Papermaking is known as one of the four great inventions in China. Up to now, the modern papermaking industry is still very beautiful. Since the rise of energy conservation and emission reduction, the mode of change has been unstoppable. One is that the energy consumption of compressor as a supporting equipment in modern paper industry should be improved.
There are many uses of compressed air in the papermaking industry. One of the most important is to supply air to the pulp tank for mixing; the other is to provide power for other related supporting machines, such as control system (such as pneumatic valve). In short, compressor is more important in the industry: production of newsprint, molding, drying, sterilization of pulp container is a typical application of compressed air in papermaking. Cylinder widely used in industry is frequently used to provide power for paper packaging and packaging. The air cushion equipment forms a layer of compressed air film between the heavy object and the operation platform, and the heavy paper bundle can be easily moved on the paper-cut machine tool.
Air compressor characteristics and characteristics
The compressor is directly driven by the motor, which causes the crankshaft to rotate and the connecting rod to cause the piston to move back and forth, causing the change of cylinder volume. Due to the change of the pressure in the cylinder, the air will enter the cylinder through the air filter (muffler) through the intake valve. In the compression stroke, due to the reduction of the cylinder volume, the compressed air will enter the air tank through the exhaust pipe and the check valve (check valve). When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7MPa, it will be automatically stopped by the pressure switch. When the pressure of the air tank drops to 0.5-0.6mpa, the pressure switch is automatically connected and started.
The air compressor is the core equipment of the pneumatic system. It is the main part of the electromechanical air supply device. It is the device that converts the mechanical energy of the original motion (usually the motor or the diesel engine) into the gas pressure energy. It is the air pressure generating device of the compressed air.
Compressor control principle
The noise control of compressor mainly adopts muffler, noise reduction tunnel and sound insulation technology
The main noise source is the intake and exhaust port, and the appropriate intake and exhaust muffler should be selected. The frequency spectrum of compressor intake noise is low-frequency. The intake muffler should be resistance structure or resistance composite structure. The air pressure of the compressor is large and the air flow speed is high. A small hole muffler should be used at the outlet of the compressor.
Set up anechoic tunnel
The wall of an underground or semi underground tunnel is made of sound-absorbing bricks. Connect the air inlet pipe of the compressor with the silencing tunnel to make the air enter the compressor through the silencing tunnel. The noise reduction tunnel can greatly reduce the intake noise of the compressor, and the service life is longer than that of the general muffler.
Establish sound insulation cover
After installing mufflers or silencing tunnels in the intake and exhaust ports of compressors, the airflow noise can be reduced to below 80dB (a), but the mechanical noise and motor noise of compressors are still very high, so noise insulation covers should also be installed on compressor units.
